Brenda Ketter is the founder, owner, and director of Dance Etcetera. She has been involved in dancing and twirling since the age of 8. She has spent many years performing and competing in local, state, and regional shows and competitions. Brenda was the majorette at Wayne High School and went onto coaching feature twirlers of Bethel High School, Stebbins High School, and Dayton Christian Schools. She has been a certified coach with the United States Twirling Association since 1979 and is a USTA certified competitive judge. Brenda has held the office of the President and Secretary of the Ohio Baton Council and is now the current Treasurer. Brenda had been teaching for over 25 years and is the creator of Twirl Magic competition baton twirling team and soloists. Her twirlers have traveled to Florida, Georgia, Texas, Minnesota, and Iowa to compete in the National Baton Twirling Championships of USTA. She has trained her students in dance twirl, solo twirling, two-baton, basic march, and military marching. She has also had 16 queens crowned in the Miss Twirl of Ohio Pageant and had instructed her pageant contestants in modeling, interviewing, and show twirl. Brenda is the mother of three, working a full time job at InstantWhip, and is a new Grandma of a Future Dance Etcetera Member.

Dress Code:
* All students MUST wear proper dance attire. (Leotard, tights, bike shorts, jazz pants, etc.)
Tights are to be worn if wearing shorts.
* Boys may wear t-shirts, stretch shorts, sweatpants (Please no baggy clothing).
* Proper dance shoes are required for ALL classes. (Please ask your instructor).
* Hair must be securely pulled up and away from your face.
* No unnecessary jewelry!

Basic Dance is available for 3 & 4 year olds. All other classes are available for ages 5 and up with the exception of Pointe. Class size depends on the age and ability level of the students. Class times are subject to change according to enrollment.

Fees & Discounts:
* A Registration Fee of $10.00 per student is due at the time of erollment.
* $5.00 discount on Multiple classes (3 minimum)
* Fees are due the first class of the month
* Class fees shown above are due monthly regardless of the
number of classes attended each month.
* A $10 late fee is charged to accounts not paid by the 10th day
of the month.
* Return check fee is $25.

Monthly Tuition:

Basic Dance Class........$25 per month
30 Minute Class ..........$30 per month
45 Minute Class...........$35 per month
60 Minute Class...........$40 per month
Private Class...............$60 per month
Team Fee...................$45per month

During the summer you can pay by the individual class if you wish. Prices are:

$8.00/30 minute class, $10.00/45 minute class, $12.00/one hour class

Guideline:
* Please arrive 15 minutes before class. This will give you time to properly prepare for your class.
* Students are to wait in the waiting area before class and may not be unsupervised, unless they are 15 years of age or older.
* Parents watch night is the last class of the month.
* NO food or drinks, chewing gum or cell phones are permitted in the dance rooms.
* Our teaching staff will make the final determination of a student’s class level.
